About Andrea

Hi! My name is Andrea, I have over 20 years of childcare experience, ranging from infants to about age 12. I'm licensed in Massachusetts in Art Education K-8 and my most recent job was at a public library, as a specialist in children's programming. I love kids and they usually think I'm pretty cool too. I'm very silly during play time but I have the ability to be firm when necessary. I believe in a gentle attitude towards children, I don't yell and I treat each child with respect and the knowledge that they are their own individual with their own opinions. I've spent a lot of time with itty bitty babies and have the patience necessary to deal with sudden changes in temperament. With older kids, I love crafting and exploring outdoors. I'm a fan of every animal and comfortable handling your pets. I'm excited for the opportunity to spend time with your kids and hope to hear from you soon!
