About Andrea

I am an enthusiastic and responsible individual committed to providing the best quality caregiving to children and youth. I currently provide care within a residential setting to young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder. I have extensive experience in the special needs field and am looking to bring my knowledge to help those who may need it. I primarily seek to aid children in identifying and implementing adequate tools to increase their ability to be integrated into their community. My previous experience has allowed me to have a heightened understanding of care taking as well as introducing me to techniques to improve the child's problem solving and social skills. In past I have attended to after school caring.
