About Andrea

I'd describe my personality as calm, dependable, & patient I think the most rewarding part about caring for children is fostering relationships with them and their families. I really cherish the moments where I can help families support a child's growth and become an integral part of their development. Each day is a unique adventure because kids are exciting and unpredictable! Nothing matches the energy of a child's enthusiasm for life and eagerness to learn. I also have a drivers license and personal vehicle. I'm looking for a job where I will be valued and appreciated for the skills I bring. Having open & positive communication skills is important. I started working with kids when I was 16, my first job was at a daycare and from there I have professionally developed my skills. I most recently worked as an outdoor environmental educator and have continued to teach at a nonprofit organization on both coast. In my spare time, I like to explore the outdoors & go to coffee shops.
