The best care is provided w/ great communication & understanding what it's like to be in the position to need care. *update on reviews: Someone expected care for a pt w/o requested contact information for emergencies & info on care needs of patient. This was unsafe for pt & myself. Clear communication is vital. Saying you want 30 hrs wk doesn't state you want 1 provider only. When speaking w/ providers you are negotiating those terms, allowing a provider to ascertain safety & availability; it isn't a waste of time it's determining appropriateness. Most providers have long term pts on certain days/times. I have had bad reviews left in retaliation of not being willing to work blind or available 6-7 days a week. Good providers have other consistent clients. Be wary of a provider who has no other clients. If clear communication & safety are not important to you I apologize I cannot provide any services for you.
