About Andrea

I am a 45-year-old woman that has been afforded the opportunity to care for the elderly since I was 15 years old. I cared for my great grandmother after school for over three years. I did her laundry, shopping and prepared her meals daily and was able to stay overnight on the weekends. In my early 30's I cared for a woman who was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. Although she wasn't a senior she was bed ridden and required extensive care. I bathed, fed, cooked and cared for her home which included providing care for her school aged children as well. For the past five years I have cared for an elderly woman as a live in/out provider. She has dementia and requires meal preparation, food shopping, errands ran and maintaining her household as well. I welcome the opportunity to bring my heart into another household and care for those that need it.
