About Andra

Kids are my calling. I have a significant amount of experience caring for and teaching them in a variety of different arenas. I began getting paid to babysit when I was in middle school and even had a summer live-in nanny job when I was in high school. Once I graduated from college, I joined an agency and began my professional nanny experience. I did this for 6 years during which time included caring for a child with Down syndrome, a child with Sensory Processing Disorder, and twin toddlers. The ages of the children I cared for range from newborn to 12 years. At the end of these 6 years, I decided to stay home with my own kids and home schooled them for another six years. During this time, I was active in home school co-ops, teaching classes and caring for preschoolers and toddlers. I also have daycare experience and got my Registered Behavior Technician certification two years ago. I have been providing behavioral therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder ever since.
