I hired Andi as a back up weekend nanny. She seemed really great and showed up the first time. The second time she confirmed the night before and then was a no call no show in the morning and I couldn’t get a hold of her. She apologized said she was having issues with her phone and didn’t get my messages. Things happen, so I gave her a second chance since she was so great the first time. Despite multiple confirmation texts, she was a no call no show, not answering her phone again this morning…
