About Anaya

I have had experiences babysitting children, sibling sets, and large groups of children. I have worked at a child development center and had opportunities to lead summer camp experiences for children and teens. I have experiences working in behavioral health and was a registered behavior technician, working with children and teens with autism spectrum disorder and developmental/intellectual disabilities. I also have experience coaching sports on the high school level. Additionally, I have worked with children in a hospital setting implementing arts programs to improve livelihood and promote arts education. I am currently attending graduate school for clinical mental health counseling with a secondary concentration in play therapy. I am also interning at a private practice where we work with children, adults, and families and use several interventions including play therapy and expressive arts therapy. I love working with kids and am excited to continue in the child care field.
