Buenas tardes, my name is Sofía and I have 8 years of experience in professional caregiving. I have passion for being a trusted adult in a child's life, helping them grow, learn, laugh, and gain confidence. Being Mexican, I love to share my culture with the children in my care; I've taught kids how to make handmade tortillas and learn to dance cumbias. Besides helping your child learn a bit about other cultures around the world, I can help with travel and carpooling, fold and put away laundry during nap time, or light housekeeping like managing dishes and trash. I have a decade plus long foundation in aquatics and swimming, as well as professional background in theatre so I love to act out scenarios with children as they play pretend, as well as teach swimming and water safety skills.
