We wholeheartedly recommend Anantaya/Ana. During her tenure as our nanny, she demonstrated exceptional dedication, compassion, and professionalism. Ana joined our family when our son was just a few months old and our daughter was entering Pre-K, and she quickly settled into our routine and flow. Her nurturing care, attention to detail, and genuine love for children were evident from the start. Here are some key points that highlight her style: Safety First: Ana prioritized the safety and well-being of our children above all else, including safely driving them to/from school and activities. It was critical for us to know that our little ones were always secure and protected.  Nurturing Environment: She created a warm and loving atmosphere for our infant. Her gentle approach and calm presence were invaluable, especially in the infant days and when our daughter had a tough day at school.  Healthy Routines: Ana helped establish healthy routines, including naps/sleep and introducing solid foods. She also made food for our baby using the Beaba food processor and helped transition to solid foods. She also helped maintain daily logs, documenting the day's events and key developmental moments. This helped us all stay informed and connected. In addition to her primary responsibilities, Ana willingly took on secondary tasks related to the children, such as organizing toys and books, meal preparation, and laundry.  Above all, Ana is a warm, compassionate, responsible individual who genuinely cares for the well-being of children. Her positive attitude, punctuality, and effective communication make her an exceptional caregiver. We wholeheartedly recommend Ana for any childcare role.
