I hired Ana back in September of 2022 and at first it seem like she was a great fit for my 4.5 year old twin boys and my family. After about two weeks one of the boys said he hurt his foot on the couch and I asked her what happened? Anna stated he jumped off the couch. She never cooked them a meal, had her feet all on my couches with shoes on. She actually yelled at them a few times and slammed my doors constantly! And then one day she text me two hours before her shift that she was unable to come watch them that she would be gone for 2-3 weeks leaving me without a nanny. I'm glad the universe made this happen for the safely of my kids! I checked my cameras after her text message and saw how she would yell at them, slam my doors and be on her phone the whole 3 hours she watched them. Please be careful hiring her or anyone to take care of your babies! I have videos to proof all of this as I had visible cameras all over my house.
