About Anaisa

I hired Anaisa during a very crucial time for me. I was having surgery so definitely needed someone dependable and pro-active while I was out of commission. I spent a few days training her and even had everything written up for her, so it was very clear what her roles were. My intent was to avoid any miscommunication. During the day of my surgery - my parents were also at home to help out, since Anaisa's shift was only 4 hours. During those 4 hours, the 1st 45 minutes she played on her cell phone. I believe she thought it was okay because the kids were sleeping, but she never finished the other 5 things she was expected to do (ex. bottles, make the milk, dishes). She barely carried her weight that day. It was unfortunate because the last thing I wanted to the morning of my surgery was stress about my nanny. I do have plenty of examples of things that did not work out, but unfortunately I am hitting my max number of characters I can write.
