We needed a nanny for a couple of months. I interviewed many and when Ana walked through the door I had an immediate sense that she was the one. I was very nervous to hire someone I didn't know but I felt calm with her. I knew we were going to hire her then. She cared for our baby boy (from when he was 10mo-12 mo) and my how he loves her. I wish I could have kept her on board longer and we'll continue to have a relationship with her for date nights and have her over for our family parties, etc. Ana was always punctual - never late. In fact she was always early and jumped right in to work. She treated our baby boy with patience and love. She's extremely caring and patient. She's playful with him and he loved laughing with her. We trusted her fully. He went places with her too. They had a lot of fun. Ana's also very flexible. We had changes in schedule nearly every week and she was extremely accommodating. Our baby boy also battled some illnesses and she cared for him as we asked. She monitored him and we knew he was in great hands. We also have a 5 year old and she gladly helped us out with him when he was sick and unable to go to school. She's also watched both of them for date nights. I consider her a friend and can't say enough good things. Hire her - you won't regret it. Doesn't matter what age the person is - baby or older adult. They'll be in great hands.
