I have three grown children . I worked as a deputy sheriff for seven years . I had a state certified in home day care for 10 years when my children were young and before they started school. I have been a nanny for the same family for 4 years in Virginia Beach but the children are getting older and the extra help is no longer needed. I hired Amy last week. She was supposed to start working for me yesterday (Monday morning). Meanwhile, I was waiting on a background check to come in. She never showed up. I texted and called her. She never responded. She then blocked me on this app from messaging her. Her background check did come in this weekend & it is currently not in her file anymore. You can come to your own conclusions why she never showed up. For whatever reason she chose to behave this way, it is completely unprofessional and immature.
