About Amy

I am a former childcare director who has a passion for the care and teaching of children. I have spent the last 15+ years encouraging children to achieve their highest abilities. I began my journey with children as an assistant in a licensed daycare program working my way up to a teachers assistant then achieved the directors position. I had the privilege of molding the minds of children from the ages of 3 years old to the age of 10 years old. This gave me the opportunity to be creative in my teaching tactics. I created engaging age appropriate activities through hands on experiences and play. The kids were learning even though they didn't know it. My methods were to be fully involved and engaged in all aspects of the children. I spent most of my time on the floor playing. I am a better person for being around children.
