She was excellent at communication and asking questions about taking care of my 2-year old twins. The issue was that she wasn't communicative about how difficult she found the job to be after her first full day. She was sick for 4 days after which made it very difficult for us as my husband and I work full-time. She may better suited for older kids, as small kids may be overwhelming for her. By that weekend, she was let go and I replaced her with another applicant.
