About Ammon

Aloha mai! I have been taking care of children my entire life as I come from a large family. I first got my experience with care-giving as a child by helping my mom at work caring for persons with special needs. I was a natural as I loved to share and play with my special friends. Throughout my adolescence I babysat for the families in the local Latter-Day Saint communities of Utah. I was highly sought as the 'favorite baby-sitter' because of my youthful fun spirit. Keeping in touch with my inner-child, I hold space for children to express their creative imagination and natural curiosity for life and learning. As an adult I have had experience in several jobs from caring for those with special needs at the State Developmental Center to being a Pediatric Dental Hygienist amongst the families of Hawai'I Island. I have had the opportunity for many years to work personally with the families by teaching oral health and nutrition at the community health center and performing school outreach.
