I feel like we hit the jackpot with America! She was the first sitter we ever hired, and she watched our son regularly for about 6 months starting when he was 21 months old (this was just before covid). Beyond being punctual and dependable, she was calm, confident, and easy with him. She has such a sweet, loving personality, and it's just clear how much she enjoys playing with kids (note: she earned a grad degree in child care!). The first time she met my son, she immediately earned his trust by being patient, present, and engaged. He had a little separation anxiety from me, and she handled it like a champ!! I fully intend to continue using America for babysitting engagements whenever she's available! I honestly couldn't recommend her more!
