About Amelia

I'd describe my personality as cheerful, caring, and reliable. I like working with kids because I love to teach people new things and enjoy being able to help someone gain new experiences and memories. I'm looking for a job that has some structure time wise since I do have another job, and coordinating with a structured schedule would be optimal. I started working with kids when I began my job last summer in which I worked as a camp counselor for kids ages 8-12 to beach them how to paddle board. In my spare time, I like to go to the beach, go on runs or hikes, and enjoy snowboarding during the snow season. One thing you should know about me is I am a very orderly and reliable person, and therefore will not flake on a shift. My skills include previous experience working with kids especially in learning new skills, which has allowed me to be able to kindly and carefully teach in a way that kids can understand.
