About Amanda

I've been caring for the elderly community since my teen years, caring for my grandparents after school and on weekends. I discovered that it was my passion! I love my old people! I am willing to care for men or women at any stage in life, but I specialize in Alzheimer's and dementia. I have quite a bit of experience in Parkinson's and Lewey Body Dementia as well. I am comfortable with performing bathing, dressing and other hygeine needs. I am happy to help with housekeeping duties and pet care, as well as grocery shopping and meal prep. I provide transportation to and from appointments, keep detailand records to share with family members or other Dr's and I am willing to assist with maintaining social interactions by going to movies, senior centers or other activities. I also encourage activities at home that aid in brain health. I love the Teepa Snow Positive Approach to Care. I look forward to caring for you or your loved one.
