About Amanda

Hi, I'm Amanda. I graduated in May 2016 with my associates degree in young child education and child care and education. I have years of experience working with children through my schooling and through life experiences. As I attended school I worked at a daycare for nearly two years. I primarily worked in the toddler room which consisted of children age 16 months to 3 years. On occasion I would work in the preschool room and school age room as well. I enjoyed my time there and really learned a lot about children's needs. After graduating, I worked with children going into second grade at a summer program. In August 2016, I began work as a Toddler teacher at a daycare and after being at the center for a month I switched into being the lead Preschool teacher. I then moved into a long term para sub position in a preschool classroom in st. Cloud. I have been with the St. Cloud school district 3 years now. I enjoy reading, DIY art activities, and baking.
