About Amanda

Hey there! I love working with kids, I served in my church's nursery for 2 years, then helped in elementary for 1 year and the moved up to middle school for 3 years. I love taking the kids I watch on walks to the park, coloring with them, playing play-doh, building Lego sets, and board games. I try to keep them away from screens as much as possible. I am also able to help with homework and tutoring, I'm currently in medical school to become a nurse. I'd describe my personality as playful, kind, and nurturing. I like working with kids because they are very curious and love asking funny Interesting questions that the normal adult doesn't think of. I started working with kids when I was 16 in high school, I started volunteering in my church's nursery with the toddlers and infants. One thing you should know about me is I am a child at heart, I love Disney movies and playing with legos. My skills include CPR certified, first aid trained, hyper vigilant.
