About Amanda

Hi there! My name is Amanda and I am a graduate student of public health. I love working with kids and have been babysitting since I was about 14 years old. I have six years of experience as an Emergency Medical Technician and I annually renew my CPR certification. Education is a huge value of mine, and I would be more than happy to read with your kids, help with homework, and do anything else you would like me to do with them. I have also been working full-time the last two years as a homeschool teacher for a young child with autism spectrum disorder and ADHD. I will not be available until August/September, but at that point, my class schedule allows for some flexibility with scheduling, and I can consider both one-time gigs as well as something more regular. I will not be able to accept anything full-time. If you think I would be a good fit for your family, please reach out!
