About Amanda

I live in Woodville. I'm currently a substitute teacher in the Baldwin-Woodville School District. I really love my job and plan on returning as usual in the fall. However, since I do have summers off, I would like to provide care for others during those months. I would be happy to provide child care for school age children, senior care or pet care. I'm a very cheerful, positive person. I love getting to work with all types of students at Greenfield Elementary. Helping them navigate through their day, learn a new skill and problem solve is so rewarding. I have also always had a love for animals. My husband, two teenage children and I have a free-roam house rabbit. I have cared for pets of friends, family and neighbors for many years. Senior care has also been an lifelong interest of mine. I attended UW-River Falls and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work. My focus was on senior care and I have previous work and volunteer experience in nursing homes and assisted living facilities.
