My review is purely based on the interview process with Amanda. My routine is to always schedule a call prior to in-person interviews. Amanda was very outgoing on the phone and answered any concerns. She showed up late to the in-person interview. Left her water bottle. Never came back to get it. When I asked for references the following day, she said she took a job elsewhere.
