Hi there! As I'm sure you saw already, my name is Amanda, and here's my experience in a nutshell! I have been around animals my entire life, with dogs at home and friends with cats, birds, rabbits, rats, anything under the sun! I've done work pet-sitting while friends were on vacation, and I also have experience volunteering at my local humane society since I was in middle school. I am a psychology student at Loyola University Chicago, and my family dogs' names are Duke and Lucky (a German shepherd/black lab mix and a black lab mutt!) I cannot overstate how much respect I have for animals, and I'd love to give your pet a stress-free and positive experience in any way I can!

Amanda actually took the time to listen to my 4 year old daughter, without interrupting or trying to finish her words. She was so kind, considerate, attentive, and structured, yet made time to play, put the toys away, and explain why it’s important to follow schedules! My daughter told me she wanted to make a daily schedule because she now knows that it is important to be consistent! Amanda also made it fun for my daughter to clean up her toys! I would highly recommend Amanda to anyone looking for a caregiver!
