I knew Amanda would be the right fit for our two little ones when they met her for an in-person interview at the park. Our 3-year-old and one-year-old took to Amanda immediately which hadn’t happened with prior nannies we interviewed. Amanda has a gentle, warm, and engaging character with our little ones. She is punctual and communicative. On the rare occasion when road construction affects Amanda’s morning commute to our house, she will text before her start time to notify me when she’ll arrive. She’s also a quick, effective learner; it took her one shift to learn the kids’ routine, quirks, and needs, including changing poopy cloth diapers and redirecting a frustrated one-year old. The only reason we no longer need Amanda’s nanny care is because our kids we’re invited to join a language-immersion daycare, and we accepted. Yet, we will hire Amanda in a heartbeat for babysitting, date nights, and, if needed, overnights. Amanda is a wonderful, caring nanny!
