About Amanda

Hi! My name is Amanda. I love to have fun and empower kids to learn and discover new things. The joy and creativity they bring to the world is a gift. I have been volunteering at daycares and senior homes since I was 13, and I am the oldest in a family of 6. My experience ranges from infants to teenagers. I was an ESL teacher in Cambodia until the Covid lockdown, and I worked with children from 18 months - 17 years. After coming back to the states, I nannied 4 amazing kiddos during the pandemic and homeschooled the two oldest. Since schools reopened, I have been working on staff at my church full time in children's ministry. I recently got married in July and relocated to Horizon City from the west side so I am looking for work closer to home. I have by BS in Psychology for Christian Counseling through Liberty University and have a passion for helping others.
