About Amanda

I recently graduated from Fordham with a Bachelor of Arts Degree and am an NYC (specifically UWS) native. I adore working with children of all ages and have experience working with ages 3 - 13. I have been a camp counselor at both a day camp and a specialized camp for hearing impaired and Deaf children and I have 6 years of experience with babysitting off and on, mainly in households with 1-2 children. I love cultivating a positive, safe, and supportive atmosphere for children and thoroughly enjoy seeing them thrive. I can certainly help with additional tasks if needed and can be very hands-on when it comes to homework, playtime and artsy/crafty projects. I am currently looking for a full-time position with a local family if possible!
