About Alyssa

I'm an out-going, kind, and caring college student who has always had a passion for working with kids. When I was 16, I started working as a childcare aid, which is a school based child care program for kids from Pre-School - 6th grade. As an aid, I interacted with and encouraged all children to listen, follow directions and help with all daily activities. I've also had the joy of being a nanny for two children, ages 9 & 10. My primary responsibilities were to drive them to/from activities, prepare meals, assist with schoolwork and anything else as needed. For the last two years I've been a Coach/Supervisor for the Jr. Bison Basketball and Volleyball programs for kids in grades 1-6. I taught them how to improve their skills, be a team player and be respectful of others. In addition, I worked with the parents to answer questions and provide any relevant information about the program. I would love to help create a safe and fun environment for your family.
