I wish there was an option for negative stars. My wife and I set up an interview with Alyssa and she ended up cancelling last minute due to no longer being available at that time. Set up another interview with Alyssa and she never showed up. She never contacted us to cancel. She then messaged us later in the day to say she forgot that she had another appointment. Really glad we dodged that bullet. I would NEVER hire her in fear that she would also "forget" my child somewhere.
