About Alyssa

I'm graduating from the University of Iowa this May and I'm looking to be a nanny this summer. I currently work at a daycare and work in the infant and 1-year-old room. We work on cognitive development and basic skills! I love doing activities with kids, playing games, coloring, listening to music, and reading books. I'd describe my personality as adaptable, empathetic, and self motivated I like working with kids because I love watching them grow and working with them to teach them things like reading, writing, and basic life skills! I'm looking for a job that offers flexibility, building meaningful relationships with the children and their families, and personal fulfillment to contribute to a child's growth. I started working with kids when I was in middle school. In my spare time, I like to go to yoga and spend time with my friends! One thing you should know about me is I'm very easy going and adapt easily. My skills include multitasking, compassion, and patience.
