About Alyssa

Hello! My name is Alyssa, I will be 26 years old on August. I am a registered nurse working part time at Yale New Haven Hospital on the postpartum unit. I have been a nurse for almost 3 years now. 2 years being on postpartum and a year in Med/surg. I have worked with kids since I was 13 years old, starting by babysitting siblings, neighbors and family friends. I babysat all throughout high school and college and have continued my work with children as a maternal/newborn nurse. I also use to be a mentor for a teenager who was on the spectrum so I have a lot of experience with children of all needs. I have worked with kids all ages ranging from newborns up to teenagers. I am CPR/BLS/AED certified. I have all my COVID shots and get my flu shot every year. I am a very fun, energetic and caring individual who loves working with children.
