About Alyssa

My dream was always to be a nurse. Once I graduated high school in 2015 I moved to Kansas to go to a small community college that has an incredible nursing program. One of my first classes I chose to take during my pre-reqs was to complete my CNA license. I wasn't able to use the license as once I got it by that time I obtained a job as a pharmacy tech and loved the position of being able to help patients in whatever way I possibly could. During that time, I thought the pharmacy path was for me. I went through some personal things and wasn't able to work for a little bit. But since, I have been working as a medical scribe and medical assistant the last 2 years. Knowing I'm still making an impact on patients, however I would rather be able to have a one-one with patients & be able to help out in whatever way I can & also hear there amazing stories! I always believe in being compassionate to my patients and always love when they realize they matter & I will always be there to listen.
