Lovely and all good things, but I'll be specific: -is extremely dependable. Has never missed a day - punctual. - flexible. I've had to call her at the last minute and ask could you stay a half an hour later or I've asked her to pick up food for my daughter and she's happy to help. -She's kindhearted gentle patient a wonderful listener she's empathetic and seems to have this well of sympathy and love and caring that I wish everyone would have. -- But don't think she's a pushover she's very firm and she commands respect without raising her voice. - very good at getting children to behave because she makes her expectations and standards clear. Can easily help with homework and reading. -Provides structured activities believing in the benefits of play, exercise, and creative arts. -very knowledgeable about nutrition and goes grocery shopping.
