I have 17 plus years in healthcare experience. Held several positions; 12 years as Private Cases, Nursing Home and Home Health Staffing Coordinator, and 17 years of home health care. Held responsibilities; helped and assisted clients with daily living activities such as, bathing, dressing, toileting, and eating. Prepared client meals; breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. Light Housekeeping; cleaned room which client reside in, clean kitchen area where client food was prepared, cleaned bathroom after client use. Ran errands; medicine pickup, grocery shopping, laundry and cleaners. Most important I perform my job with compassion, concern, and care. I take the time to listen to each client care and concerns. Work very closely with agency and/or family members regarding the care. I kept log with details notes and record all concerns and changes with client. Take clients to doctor appointments, hair appointments, Grocery or clothing shopping and casual outings.
