About Me: Hello! I'm Alvia, and I'm passionate about nurturing young minds and fostering a love for learning in children. I have a Master's degree in Early Childhood Education and six years of hands-on teaching experience. Philosophy: I believe that children are incredibly capable individuals who learn best through a combination of routine and play. They are like little explorers, constantly curious and eager to discover the world around them. As an educator, my approach is rooted in creating a supportive and stimulating environment where children feel empowered to explore, experiment, and express themselves freely. I strive to create a warm and nurturing atmosphere where each child feels valued, respected, and encouraged to reach their full potential. Through a combination of structured routines and playful activities, I aim to instill important life skills such as problem-solving, cooperation, and creativity.
