About Althea

Hello! I am 26 years old and grew up in Jamaica Plain (Boston). Most of my experience comes from babysitting and working in out-of-school time programs. I find that children bring me so much joy and that I am learning and relearning what I knew as a child from them every day. I am very intentional about my interactions with children. There are lessons for all of us in every activity! I will ensure that your child is and feels safe while exploring their curiosities through child-led play. Some of my interests include food, music, and arts and crafts. I take direction well, and am also willing to prepare meals, do some light housekeeping and provide pet care
