About Allyson Krystal

I'd describe my personality as Committed, Passionate, Motivated I like working with kids because being able to see their smiles when they realize they can rely on me. Also when helping with school work seeing that light turn on as it clicks makes all the work worth it. Being able to build the kids up to believe and trust their own abilities is what the job is all about. I am looking for a flexible job with high communication between the family and I. I started working with kids when I was in middle school or high school babysitting for my families friends younger kids. Then I got a job as an after school teacher at an elementary school this last summer. In my spare time, I like to spend time with family, friends, and my puppy. One thing you should know about me is that whether it's helping with school work, transportation, pets or cooking you can count on me to be reliable, communicative & transparent. My skills include social emotional learning tutoring, and cooking.
