About Ally

I'd describe my personality as empathetic, patient, and flexible I like working with kids for many reasons, for me it's important that I have the opportunity to be able to help affect a positive change in someone else's life, I have such an appreciation of the joy and and creativity that kids have and I also just love the genuine connections that come with the work. I started working with kids professionally for over a year now, but I've been babysitting and doing childcare since the age of 12. In my spare time, I like to make my own clothes. I also enjoy spending time outdoors and going to the gym. One thing you should know about me is I'm not afraid of hard work and I put my genuine love and care into what I do. My skills include being able to find quick and creative solutions for any problems, being patient and understanding, and also having effective communication.
