About Allison

I'd describe my personality as kind, fun, and creative. I like working with kids because I feel like I connect with kids well and have had a lot of babysitters/camp counselors in the past that I have loved and build connections with so I understand what it is like. I just enjoy spending time and having fun with kids. I started working with kids when I was in 6th grade I started babysitting often. In the summer of 8th grade. In my spare time, I like to play soccer, spend time with my friends, and spend time with my extended family/cousins. My skills include connecting with kids, participating and being active in fun activities/not just watching, patience to balance discipline and fun.
