Allison is amazing! She accepted our nanny offer when we had one 9 month old girl and stayed with us when we found out shortly later we were having twins. I. That time she helped get all the kids on a schedule, helped introduce solids, and created engaging games and activities to help each kid but their milestones. She was with us for a year and a half, leaving to move to be closer to family. Any family would be lucky to have her as a nanny. She loves the kids she works with, is very honest, proactive, and reliable. We were so lucky to have her in our lives. I trust her completely.
