I am looking for an EVENING/NIGHT time child care position between the hours of 6:00pm-12:00 a.m. I am currently a full time Child Study major at St. Joseph's College aspiring to be an elementary teacher. I have 5 years of various work experience caring for children and teens. Most recently I was a teachers assistant for DDI at their Young Autism Program and preschool. For the past 3 years and currently I work as a Self Direction staff for individuals/ children with disabilities. My duties are to take individuals with special needs out into the community, teach life skills, provide transportation, help grooming and live a healthy and proactive life style. I love children and find great rewards in helping them succeed and learn. I love to have fun and come up with new ideas for children to engage and learn. I am comfortable with feeding, cleaning, grooming and providing transportation. I am very experienced with children with Autism/ seizure disorders.
