I have enjoyed learning each family dynamic and challenging myself to grow my abilities in meeting each families individual needs. I thrive when given the freedom to plan and organize creative learning opportunities for the children, I am always looking for ways to incorporate individual learning and educational awareness. Lexi was a nanny to my two children for about 1.5 years. My kids are generally shy, but they warmed to Lexi almost immediately! She was great with the kids - always taking them outside on hikes, playing games, and so much more. She even became better than me with putting them down for naps! She always went above and beyond, for example, she always helped out with the house work even though that was not a part of her job description. Additionally, she always was great with our dog and included her on walks and played with her in the yard with the kids. I would highly recommend Lexi for any nanny position, we are sad to see her go!
