Aliza was referred to me by a friend. She babysat my 3 year old son a few times. She was great with him. She took her time trying to get him to be comfortable with her. She try to interact with him quite often reading and playing with him. Overall my son loved her. I will definitely hire her again. She will be a great asset to Care.com.
