About Aliza

My name is Aliza and I am a speech language pathologist working for the New York City Department of Education in an elementary school for children with autism. I am 27 years old. I speak English and conversational Hebrew. I have been an SLP for 3 years now, the head teacher of a K-2 religious school classroom for 17 students, been a counselor at multiple day camps as well as sleep away camps, and was a full time babysitter for an 18-month-old, and his two brothers (~5 and 7) two summers ago. As a Speech Language Pathologist I understand the importance of reading to children, constantly talking to them. being hands on and creative. I enjoy coming up with creative and fun games to play with the children rather than having the children watch TV or use an iPad.
