There are not enough good things in the world to say about Alessia! There is no one who I trust more with my kids. She is a true gem. She has watched my 2 kids for the past 2 years for about 40 hours a week. She started with us when my son was 10 months old and my daughter was 3.5 years old. Now, they’re 2.5 and 5 years old, so she’s seen them through many milestones and stages. Alessia is calm, she is patient, she is caring, she is goofy and fun, she is creative and artistic. She is reliable and has never been late a single day in 2 years. She is flexible, she is present when she is with our kids, and she is kind and absolutely lovely to be around. She easily juggles giving two kids attention, cooks them dinner, bathes them, and gets them both to bed often. Our kids always feel loved and special in her presence. She is a safe driver and has driven them to school/the park/etc almost daily for these two years. Alessia is an outstanding caregiver that any child(ren) would love to be around. In fact, all of my kids’ friends hope to see her when they come over because she makes every kid feel special and loved.
