Hired in January, 2019 even a 5 Stars this rating still does not match the dedication, compassion and professionalism that she has provided. Alison has taken on many roles in assisting my elderly mother with dementia and assisting with my 2 grandchildren ages 5 and 7. As a family we were doing all we could, to best of our ability with mom's quick onset of dementia. Also she was not steady on her feet and needed to have in home PT. Alison worked closely with the Physical Therapist, asked question and took notes and on the off days of PT she followed the same routine that PT had done bringing my mom closer to objectives much quicker. Since January we have seen such a significant improvement with my mothers daily activities and overall health. Recently my mom took a fall causing a need for surgery and inpatient rehabilitation. Alison now continues to work with my mom and observes the PT sessions at the Nursing Center. I cannot thank her enough and the Grand kids adore Alison.
