We were very disappointed with Alina. She applied to our open position, and we were impressed with her experience and qualifications. We contacted her to discuss our needs, had an introductory call and shortly after met in-person. She eagerly accepted the job and we were relieved to think that we had found someone to care for our son. However, after accepting the job, Alina stopped responding to our messages and calls. We tried contacting her multiple times, but she was completely unresponsive. We were left scrambling to find a replacement caregiver at the last minute. We understand that things come up, but it is unprofessional to accept a job and then disappear without a word. I hate leaving negative reviews, but wanted to share our experience to help other parents.
