We set up an interview and even texted the day before to confirm it (which she did). When it was 10mins past the scheduled interview time and she hadn't arrived, I called her to see if she was running behind or stuck in traffic. Once she realized who was calling her, she hung up. I texted her "not sure if you meant to hang up, are you still coming?" She replied "I have something to do." No call or text to cancel; just didn't show up, then hung up on me when I called to see what was going on. Very unprofessional.
